The “8th Mile” of Search Engine Battlez

David Gallo

Well on a lighter note, I was eating lunch today and stumbled upon this “free-styling battle.” It may seem a little “childish” or “unprofessional,” but I can’t help but crack a smile as FINALLY the Internet is becoming a place where everyday average people no longer have to be scared of! Technology is here to stay, and the more user-contribution, the better the experience will be for all of us. At SevenL, we pride ourselves in educating our potential customers, and we have always been very open to hearing what our customers have to say regarding our company, and the services we offer. Take a step back and watch below…lol :

Moving Forward

David Gallo

So here we are fine people. We launched our new website…what do you think!? Your feedback means the world to us, so please fire us an e-mail to feedback@sevenl.net, we want to know what YOU think! =)

It has been an interesting past couple of months for us, we are moving along nicely. With the launch of our new website, comes a new era for SevenL. As previously stated in our news section, the team and more directly myself have had the privilege to welcome our newest team member, Craig Hunt. Craig brings a wealth of knowledge from a diverse sales and marketing background. His role with SevenL is General Manager, and what a difference he has made already!

We are working harder than ever to service you, our clients as best as we can. I wish everyone well, and I will post to you soon.

God bless Open-Source.

Cheers.

A Lot on the Go

Cassius Adams

We have a lot of projects on the go these days, but I have finally found myself a few spare minutes to do this post. Here are a few of the many things we have in-progress right now.

New Website: We have just launched our new website, sevenl.net version 5.0.

New Fiber/BGP: We added a new fiber line about a month ago now and our technicians have been preparing our network for the implementation of BGP. This mean replacing all existing routers, rewiring our entire network to CAT6 and a bunch of other tedious tasks. We expect to launch our BGP network by mid-October.

User Control Panel: The Server Status section of our UCP is inching closer to completion. This will allow our customers to not only view the current status of their services but review historical data, set up email alerts and define thresholds. This is one of the projects I’m personally really looking forward to seeing ‘Live’.

New Marketing Initiative: We have been working on our new marketing initiative and expect to see some real forward motion mid to late October. Keeps your eyes out for us on the Internet, boys and girls.

Unmetered Bandwidth: New to SevenL is our unmetered service offerings. Build-up to this service is now done and it’s ready to roll for those customers that are interested.

Load-Balancing: Load-Balancing services are now a standard service as apposed to one of our customized solutions. With the exception of one small component, all the necessary supporting systems are in place for this service. We expect this to be ready in a matter of days.

Well, that’s all for now. As you can see we’ve been up to a lot and my time is running short once again.
